Olfactory : spring blooms (plum, camellia tsubaki, wild azalea), orchard fruits (pear, yellow peach, sweet cherry), water chestnut, fresh almond
Gustatory : umami, fine persistent acidity, floral sweetness (acacia flower, mimosa)
Trigeminal : cords of clean and delicate bubbles with a caressing effervescence, rising through a silvery colour ; floral freshness (ipomea, amaryllis), with lactic creaminess and powdery tone
